database of job listing that’s updated weekly any job seeker or potential client can quickly locate and select
an open position that will match their qualification and or need. ATI assumes responsibilities for the payment of wages to all company employees.
We are also responsible for withholding
and state income taxes, paying federal social security taxes, unemployment insurance and maintaining workers compensation
insurance coverage in an amount required by the customer and the state in which the work is being performed.
ATI’s employees work under the supervision
of the Customer’s supervisors, unless otherwise specified and on the customer’s premises and under no circumstances
will ATI be responsible for work performed by its employees.
The Customer will pay ATI based on the terms
of the contract or the bill out rates per hour times the number of hours worked for each ATI employee. Payment should
be processed upon receipt of invoice or terms of contract at signing. In the event the customer fails to make payment within
the time of this agreement or the contract the customer will be responsible for any indirect cost for payment within the time of this agreement or the contract, the customer will be responsible
for any indirect cost for collection, including attorney’s fees.
Advance Technology Inc. has incorporated
the ability to perform Custom Fabrications, Painting Projects, Sheet Metal Installations and Piping Systems in the Marine
Ship Building and Repair Industry. We also provide these fabrications to Industrial Projects. These projects
will be Time and material unless specified in a written contract prior to the start of each individual project. Under no circumstances
will Advance Technology Inc. and it ‘s staff be held responsible for delays, workmanship or cancellations that are not
written into contract. We reserve the right to refuse any contract that we deem unsatisfactory to the workmanship of
